Bison Ridge Estates, in Elwood, IN, is the leading apartment complex serving Elwood and surrounding areas. We offer single family homes, garden and traditional apartments, senior buildings and much more. You are not just moving to Elwood, we are a quiet community built around an 18 hole golf course, just a short drive to Hamilton County. We are a golf course rental community. All homes and apartments are modern, well-maintained, and part of our golf course community.

While we're based in Elwood, Indiana, we proudly serve residents from the surrounding areas, including Tipton, Alexandria, Anderson, and other nearby communities throughout Madison and Hamilton Counties.

Bison Ridge Estates provides a close-knit, self-contained community where residents can enjoy a friendly and peaceful environment. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-managed property where neighbors feel like family and customer service is always our top priority
How can I pay my rent?
We offer an easy-to-use online payment portal for residents.
Are there recreational amenities for children?
Yes, there is a dedicated kids playground and basketball courts within the community.
What maintenance services are provided?
We provide professional maintenance and landscaping, as well as public snow removal and underground sprinkler systems. Our 24-hour maintenance service is ready to assist residents at any time. Contact details are provided upon move-in or at the leasing office.
What is the pet policy?
Yes allow up to 2 pets per unit and a $350 non-refundable pet registration fee is required. A $30 monthly pet fee applies and our Traditional Apartments allow up pets up to 40 lbs at full growth, Garden Apartments allow up to 50 lb pets at full growth, Senior Building allows up to 40 lb max at full growth, and the Single-Family Houses have no weight limit.
