(All electric) are very pleased that when compared to our old place, which was about the same square footage, it was about one hundred dollars a month less than our gas and electric together had been.
The set charge for water sewage and garbage also reflect a small decrease.
Our only gripe would be with the very slow progress with the construction and landscaping."
